Returns & Exchanges

Returns are possible within 10 days of receiving your order if your product is defective or does not match your order.

Returns must be notified in advance by email to the following address: verop@bluewin.ch. We will then inform you of the procedure to follow.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product delivered to the customer is different from the product ordered or if a manufacturing defect is noted.
